American Wisteria 'Amethyst Falls' is like no other variety of Wisteria. Brilliant lavender-blue flowers dangleing from the wood of the the vine bloom in mass during May and June then sporadically throughout the rest of the season. The foliage is made up of extremely attractive compound pinnate leaves that emege in the spring with a beautiful silver overlay then turn an attractive medium green. Wisteria frutescens 'Amethyst Falls' can bloom on new and old wood. Plant grows vigorously and is disease resistant. Native to the eastern United States.
